Absolutely! All our invoice templates are free for use and download. If you find it useful, feel free to refer it to friends and colleagues who require invoicing for their business.

To get started navigate to the login area and sign up (if you haven’t already). When you sign in, your dashboard will have tabs for different types of free invoice templates.

Just select the one that you need to start editing invoice template. Add your details and you are all set to go!

If you do not like the free invoice template you’ve chosen, you can replace it with another one by clicking on edit and selecting a new template. Don’t worry, all our invoice templates are free!

Simply select the invoice you want to duplicate, then click on “copy” to duplicate your created invoice for faster edits, or create a new invoice for another customer or vendor.

Sometimes you may have received payments via checks or other banking mechanisms. For this purpose, you need to mark your invoice as paid.

To do this, navigate to the dashboard and respective tab. Select the tab that shows “unpaid” invoices and manually mark them as paid.

To print an invoice, click on it to download as PDF first. Then open it on your computer and send to print. You can also use this PDF to your customers as email attachment which they can print on their computer.

For branding, you can upload your logo by clicking on the right top box.

You can also select an invoice template design that matches with your logo.

You can also add a promotional message or tagline to go with your invoice to make your invoice personalized according to your brand message.

Sure, you can! Just select the invoice you want to delete and click on the Delete tab.

To track and manage invoices that you have sent, navigate to the respective tabs – overdue, unpaid, or paid.

Another way to know whether you have received all your payments against invoices sent is to click on the My Invoices tab to review how much payment you have received.
